Q: Do you have a detailed guide on how to import and setup the strategy in NinjaTrader?

Q: Will a physical item be shipped?

No. Our store sells digital products only—nothing physical will be shipped.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may cancel your order within 2 days of receiving your order confirmation, or before the strategy is assigned to your NinjaTrader username—whichever comes first.

Q: How do I download the strategy?

Upon purchase, you’ll receive a secure download link via email.

To access your files, click the link in your email, which will take you to the download page where you can retrieve all files associated with your purchase.

Q: How do I activate my strategy?

Once your purchase is complete, please email your NinjaTrader username to contact@ninjabots.io to activate your strategy.

Please allow 2 working days for activation.

Q: Why can’t I download my files?

If nothing happens when you click the download link, your browser may be blocking it. Please disable any pop-up blockers, or try using a different web browser. If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: What platform can I use this strategy on?

This strategy is custom-built for NinjaTrader 8.

Note that due to how NinjaTrader implements licencing, strategies are only compatible with the latest version of NinjaTrader, v8.1.6.0 or above. Please ensure that your version of NinjaTrader is up to date.

If you require it for a different platform, please contact us to discuss available options.

Q: Can I share the strategy with other users?

No. Each license is limited to one user and is tied to your NinjaTrader account. Sharing or distributing the strategy is not permitted.

Q: Can I customize the strategy?

You cannot modify the core logic or source code of the strategy, as it is protected within NinjaTrader to preserve the integrity of our robust development and testing process. However, you can adjust the user-defined parameters—such as stop loss, profit target, and other inputs—so you can tailor risk and trade management settings to your preferences.

Q: Can I override the strategy?

Yes. You can disable the strategy at any time. If the strategy is not in a position when disabled, it will not place any new trades until re-enabled. If the strategy is in a position when disabled, you may manually adjust profit targets, stop losses, add to the trade, or close it just like any other manual trade. While the strategy is running, you can also override it by closing trades or adjusting stops and targets directly. Please note that any manual intervention will invalidate the integrity of backtest results and may negatively impact the performance of the strategy.

Q: What happens if I have a power cut or lose internet access while the strategy is in a position?

When the strategy places an order, it is transmitted to your broker for execution. Once submitted, the order remains live at your broker regardless of the status of your local platform or internet connection. If you are unable to restore power or internet access, you should contact your broker immediately to discuss how best to manage the open orders. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for the operation of the strategy in these circumstances. Q: Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have any questions before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Q: Can I try it before buying it?

We offer these strategies at a low one-time cost with no recurring fees, this keeps the pricing affordable for retail traders to test in their own accounts at minimal cost.

Q: Does the strategy work on demo accounts?

Yes. You can run the strategy on a NinjaTrader demo or simulated account before going live. This is recommended so you can get comfortable with how it operates.

Q: Do you provide performance results or backtests?

Yes. Each strategy has been thoroughly tested using historical market data. Performance summaries and test conditions are available on the product page for transparency. Please note that past performance is not indicative of future results.

Q: Can I run the strategy on multiple instruments or timeframes?

The strategy has been developed and optimized for specific instruments and timeframes, as stated in the product description. Running it outside those parameters may produce different results.

Q: Are updates or improvements included?

Yes. If we release updates or improvements to the strategy, you will receive them at no additional cost.

Q: Can I lose money using this strategy?

Yes. All trading involves risk, and losses can exceed your initial investment. This strategy is designed with fixed stops and profit targets to help manage risk, but no system can guarantee profits. Please trade responsibly and only with capital you can afford to lose.

Q: Are Standard strategies still reliable?

Yes. Standard strategies pass all of our core testing and live market validation. They remain trader-ready and offer excellent value, though they may not meet the extended benchmarks required for Premium status.

Q: How does your portfolio-building service work?

On request, we can curate a portfolio of complementary strategies tailored to your needs. We test at the portfolio level to ensure low correlation and strong risk-adjusted returns, so the systems work together rather than duplicating risk.

Q: Can I request a custom portfolio from scratch?

We currently build portfolios using strategies available in our store. By combining proven systems, we can deliver diversification and smoother equity growth without the risks of untested custom builds.
